John Orlandini

John Orlandini was born and raised in Tacoma graduating from Lakes High School, the University of Washington and the Puget Sound School of Law. He and his wife Penni have been married 30 years and raised two sons, Gino and Anthony. After two years in Alaska doing insurance defense work he opened his own general practice office in downtown Tacoma. In 1981 John and Mark opened their current office at 6711 Regents Blvd W Tacoma Wa 98466. Since that time John has limited his practice to plaintiff's personal injury work representing hundreds of injured people against insurance companies.

John is a member of the Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar and is an Eagle member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He has authored many articles for the Pierce County Bar News and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a lawyer that solves problems instead of making them. His motto is "OUT OF THE PROBLEM INTO THE SOLUTION"

Mark Waldron

Mark Waldron has practiced law in the State of Washington since being admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1979. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law, after attending and graduating from Washington State University. In 1981, he and his law partner, John Orlandini, formed the law firm of Orlandini & Waldron, P.S.

For the last 15 years, Mark’s practice has been limited to personal injury claims, business and real estate matters, litigation, and presiding over bankruptcy hearings as a Chapter 7 Trustee. Mark is often consulted in financial matters and related proceedings. He has testified in court as an expert witness, as well.

Mark is a member of the Pierce County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.

Mark enjoys golf, tennis, snow skiing, and travel. He is a member of Fircrest Golf Club and also chairs the Membership Committee at Fircrest. He frequently volunteers as a coach for youth sports and enjoys coaching kids, especially his daughter’s teams.
