6am to 10pm. The climbing was absolutely amazing. This has to be one of the best routes on the west coast in the 5.9 range. The descent was very scary, full of exposed, sandy death slabs. There were carns everywhere. Somehow we got off route and ended up bushwhacking for hours. Now that the pain of the descent is fading, I'm remembering how fabulous and rare the climbing was. I wanna' go back.
me, we got rained on during the 2 mile approach and got very cold with a forecast of 94.
